RETURNS POLICY

Elk & Elm has a 7 day return policy.  This means that a return must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item. Returns will be processed and you will receive a Store Credit or you may complete an Exchange for another item in the Store.


To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in original condition when received, undamaged and you must include your proof of purchase (receipt) upon contacting me.


To commence a return, you can either click the 'Contact' link on the bottom of this page, or send me an email at ellie@elkandelm.com.au.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with a return number (RN#) and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, or without a return number (RN#) will NOT be accepted.


WE RECOMMEND YOU SEND ALL RETURNS USING A TRACKABLE DELIVERY SERVICE AS WE CANNOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT.



EXCEPTIONS


Unfortunately, returns or exchanges cannot be received for ‘Sale’ items.



DAMAGES AND ISSUES


We hope all items arrive to you safe and well, however if an item has arrived to you damaged or faulty, please contact me at ellie@elkandelm.com.au straight away and I will resolve the issue with you as soon as possible. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit a replacement item will not be dispatched until a full investigation has been completed.


If in the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item, we’re very sorry! Please email me immediately at ellie@elkandelm.com.au and I will dispatch the correct item straight away with a prepaid satchel and instructions for you to return the incorrect item.
