Membership accounts created from the Elk & Elm website are protected with strict confidentiality and we will not improperly use or disclose your information to any other party.
Elk & Elm endeavours to display all products as accurately as possible. Due to many factors such as differences between monitor screens, we cannot guarantee that your products will 100% match colours seen in our online store.
Each item is hand made by Elk & Elm, and therefore may not match the original design photographed and seen in the online store exactly. Each item may vary slightly in size, colour, finish, and details, but will not vary from the pattern or design photographed.
We reserve the right to discontinue and remove any items from the online store at any time. We also reserve the right to change products, descriptions, and pricing at any time and without notice.
When you place an order from Elk & Elm’s store, you will receive a confirmation email. This indicates that Elk & Elm has received your order and we will begin processing it.
Each item is hand made by Elk & Elm so processing times may vary from 3-7 business days, depending on the size of the item.
You will receive an email update when your item has been processed and is ready for delivery. The email update will include the Shipping and Tracking information for your item. Delivery times of your item following dispatch are completely out of Elk & Elm’s control and will vary depending on Australia Post Services and their current delivery time frames. Please refer to the Australia Post website for any information on disruption or delays to your local service area.
You must pay for your products purchased on this website at the time of placing an order. We accept Paypal and all major credit cards. We will not begin processing your order unless payment has been made.
Shipping & Delivery
You will receive an email with an Australia Post Tracking Number once your order has been processed and is on its way to you. Processing of your order will take between 3-7 business days. Following this, your items will be dispatched from Elk & Elm’s studio and you will be provided with an Australia Post Tracking Number. Delivery times are varying depending on current Australia Post Services. Please use the tracking number sent to you in your shipping confirmation email order to remain updated on the status of your item. Elk & Elm will not be liable for any damage incurred during delivery.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform Elk & Elm by email if your order did not arrive. If an item has been lost during transit, and the recipient has made all attempts to reconcile this with Australia Post, then Elk & Elm will perform a full investigation. Following this investigation, Elk & Elm will send you a replacement item if deemed fair.
Items quoted as ‘Perth Metro Delivery’ are currently only available for Delivery or Pick Up in the Perth area. Items quoted as ‘Perth Metro Delivery Only’ are currently unable to be shipped to other states outside of WA. We apologise for any disappointment caused. This is due to the size and weight of these items. If you would like to arrange extra payment for shipping of larger items as a special order, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org to enquire about costs of delivery to your state.
